At the final closing Gabriella took command of the whole room, representing both the seller and me, and coordinated the document signing and double checked all the details with deadly accuracy while also explaining to me terms in the encyclopedia-thick stack of documents. My hand was going numb from all the signing, but Gabriella worked so fast she got me out of there in only and hour and fifteen minutes. Before I knew what happened I was standing outside with the sun shining on my face and deed in hand. Gabriella's rates are super affordable too.
