My mom needed to apply for a green card through family, and we worked with Mr. Volkan Anik after our initial consultation call with his assistant. This is a team that is extremely well prepared and knowledgeable, and I truly believe it is worth the expense. Our accountant made a huge mistake on my tax return, so USCIS wanted to have new documents, then Mr. Anik fixed the mistake made by my accountant for free of charge. Making us aware of the possible timeline range to expect the EAD (employment authorization doc), the travel document, and the interview itself (due to COVID, they explained that a lot of these could be delayed). At the end, Mom didn't need to attend an interview. They just sent us approvement notice 8 months after applying for a green card. (February 28,2022-October 28, 2022) Mr. Volkan Anik also took the time and let us know both by phone and email that my mom is GC approved and sending to us shortly. Tremendous thanks to Mr. Volkan Anik and the rest of the staff at Anik Law Firm for making this as painless as we could have hoped for!

Hadi gelin size bi “Süperlawyer” hikayesi anlatayım evet yanlış duymadınız Süperman var da neden Süperlawyer olmasın ki ? Kısaca size anlatmaya çalışayım hatta yazarı da benim. Bazılarınız gülecek ama işin aslı öyle değil aslında bazılarınız için küçük benim için büyük bir süperlawyer hikayesi bu. Bu yazımı yazarken tüm lawyer’ları tenzih ederek başlamak istiyorum işini saygı ve sevgi çerçevesinde yapan ve para kıstasını en öne yerleştirmeyip önce “İnsan” diyen tüm lawyer’lara selam olsun saygı ve sevgilerimi sunarım ve herkesin kendi uyguladığı müvekkillik makamına da saygı duyduğumu tekrardan belirtmek isterim. Şimdi bi lawyer düşünün müvekkili olduğunuz zaman siz mesaj bırakınca akşam evde ocağın başında da olsa (ki ben o kaşığın tencerenin içinde yapılan yemeğin karıştırılış sesini duyuyordum) size alo deyip evet Can Bey bugün mesaj bırakmıştınız şu an dönüş sağlayabildim diyebilip yine de sizi o cevaplanmayan sorularlarla yatırmıyor. Düşününki bu süperlawyer mesaj bıraktığınız anda paramı aldım işim bitti diye bakmayıp Can bey 5 dk sonra toplantıya gireceğim ama bi soru sormuştunuz o bildiğiniz gibi değil bu şekilde deyip telefonu kapatabiliyor. Bazen zamanı varsa size lawyer’lıktan öte abillik ve kardeşlikte yapması da cabası. Geçirdiğim tüm bu süreçte inanın hiç bir saniyesinde söylediğinin aksini düşünemedim çünkü bir psikolojik danışman gibi yanaşan bi süperlawyer’la karşı karşıyasınız. Dediğinin aksi hiçbir şey çıkmadı her süreç yönetiminde dediği gibi gelişti tüm olaylar. Gerçekten Volkan Anık’a yani avukatıma yeri geldiğinde abime çok minnettarım iyi ki tanımışım iyi ki sizle tanışmışımda bu süreçte beraber çalışmışız. Başarılarınız daim olsun.
