Lack of communication and responsiveness from staff in some cases
“Обратной связи от помощницы Анны и тем более адвоката НЕТ ВООБЩЕ. Медикал репорт (который я им предоставил) даже в страховую по их запросу не отправили, из-за этого пришёл отказ от страховой. Работу адвоката не выполняют, а лишь формируют пакет и отправляют в страховую надеясь , что там не возникнет вопросов и всё оплатят. Не рекомендую к ним обращаться.”

Difficulty with parking near the office location
