Your search is over!!! After receiving the shocking news that my wife wanted a divorce, I started to search for an attorney. I consultated with numerous attorneys from Manhattan and Brooklyn some who are the most expensive in the field. My final consultation was with Richard. After meeting Richard I realized that he was the attorney I was looking for. Richard was patient, kind, understanding and explained everything in detail. He was the only attorney who advised me to settle the case without court proceedings. Richard is well-educated, extremely articulate and mighty with his pen. His ratings and nomination in the field are no surprise as Richard was able to help me obtain 50/50 custody of my children. There were countless other wants that he helped me obtain, always keeping my children's best interest in the forefront of negotiations. Lastly, what I respect most about Richard was his honesty. Was charged with a felony, and as the result, my green card was on the line and so is my life in the USA. Could not sleep thinking about it. Happy that I hired this firm. Both, Rovshan and Victor knew how the process works. They are very experienced and know well what they are doing. Prosecutor insisted on criminal conviction but my lawyers kept coming back to court for the result I needed to stay in the USA. Eventually, I got the deal we were looking for, and I did not not mind some community service.
