Inna Fershteyn is truly a great attorney who cares deeply about her clients and creates meaningful relationships.She provided a detailed consultation regarding estate planning. And then she did a really great job creating a trust. Everything was done fast. Office personnel is very welcoming and polite. Would definitely recommend this office for everyone else.

Inna Fershteyn is a terrific estate attorney, best estate lawyer in Brooklyn. She did a will for me and spend a lot of time with me explaining how estate Probate process in NY works. Inna is smart, funny, approachable and genuinely nice and down to earth. She has a lot of clients but treats everyone as a special person. I am really happy my daughter in law recommended her.

We delayed estate planning due to the cost, but finally "bit-the-bullet" and contacted Inna Fershteyn. Inna set up an a trust for us, wrote wills and health proxys, and transferring the deed of our house to the estate. The legal paper work was completed within a week and the deed was registered by the following week. Inna and her staff were patient, friendly, and efficient. The total cost was about $9000, including deed transfer fees. Keep in mind that your costs may be different.

5 stars is not enough for this law office. Inna helped me with extremely complicated problem when no one else could. We needed emergency estate planning and asset protection done to protect us from creditors and Inna was able to do irrevocable trust and transferred our properties to the trust within 2 weeks time. I can not recommend her high enough for any estate planing and asset protection law.
