Inna is an amazing lawyer and a great human being. She cares deeply about her clients and is really very personable and helpful. She helped us create revocable trust and move our properties into a trust and prepared health care proxies and NY durable power of attorney free of charge. We already recommended all of our friends to go to her for estate planning and asset protection as she is also helping people set up home care and Medicaid to avoid going to nursing home.

My friend recommended law office of Inna Fershteyn as she helped his mother with the trust and Medicaid and I was so happy that I came to see her as well. I am taking care of my Aunt who has dementia and I can not even leave her alone for 10 minutes. She desperately needs Medicaid and home care aid for 24 hours. It was a vertvcompocated case as my Aunt photo ID expired and she was wheel chair bound. We worked so hard with Inna and her office to prepare a Power of Attorney for my Aunt and to also prepare Irrevocable Trust and move all her assets out of her name so she does not lose ur if she goes to a nursing home but can also qualify for New York Home care medicaid. It was a 3 step process to protect my Aunt's assets first and than to move her house into irrevocable trust and to finally apply for medicaid with pooled income trust for her extra income. But in the end everything worked out as Inna promised. Inna's prices are very reasonable too and she didn't even charge me for forms that she did and for rushing all the documents. I am really happy I used Inna and her office as she really the best medicaid attorney in Brooklyn.
