Самый худший адвокат, с которым имели когда-либо дело. Непорядочная, безответственная, делает много ошибок, работает по устаревшим правилам. Просто оштрафовала нас по контракту после того, как ей указали на элементарные ошибки. Деньги были удержаны из аванса за «бесплатную» консультацию и невыполненную до конца работу. Втерлась в доверие и подсунула невыгодное нам соглашение, сказав, что никогда не применяет санкции. Отрицательные отзывы, оставленные здесь ниже, имеют под собой основания.

I hired Kseniya Kolesnikov and was very happy with my choice . Kseniya is a very knowledgeable attorney. She would always respond to my messages ,texts or emails if I had any questions. Very attentive to details and everything was done on time! Kseniya listened to my needs and did all her best .She was always nice and pleasant (just noticed from my experience that not all the attorneys are like that ) that’s why it was so important for me as well. I Hired Ksenia during a pretty scary event in which a spouse had been arrested only shortly before an immigration interview. We contacted a few lawyers. However we chose Ksenia who demonstrated absolute knowledge in her legal specialities (Immigration/ Family/ Criminal). Without her tenacity I can’t imagine we would have gotten both the Police case expunged and the marriage visa approved. Her office is well managed and she is incredibly responsive to fluid problems should they arise. I would highly recommend calling Ksenia Kolesnikov for your Immigration & Family legal cases. Whether they are complicated or straightforward (paperwork) she will guide you to success and peace of mind as she did for my family.

Very unprofessional. Never did what she promised. Took my case and wasted 9 month till statute of limitation expired. Paid second retainer and when I pointed that she did not do what she promised she just sent me letter of termination. Will not recommend.
