We were eagerly looking for an attorney because our previous attorney screwed up our case and basically left us hanging. We were on a timeline and very desperate. At one point we thought that there was no more hope. My husband and I searched online and came across Marta’s profile. I cannot express how grateful we are! She immediately started acting, kept us informed and was up front about everything. I don’t know how but our case was approved! Importantly, she’s very personable and easy to talk to. Thank you! I was recommended to consult and hire Marta through my relative. I was ordered removal several years ago. My son is USC and wife is GC holder. Marta helped me file I-130, I-212 and I-601 waivers and I-485 to adjust status back in 2016. I had GC interview at NY earlier this year, and Marta was there with me and my family. When Marta took my case, my immigration situation was pretty bad and I was in removal proceedings. I always worked hard, paid taxes, and got a college degree in the U.S. In the meantime I was not sure what to expect in my situation, but Marta explained me everything. She was passionate about the case, she was available whenever I needed her help or advice, and she took care of all details. She successfully represented me in court at my hearings and other USCIS proceedings. She made sure everything we sent to the USCIS had complete information and would cover any questions that could possibly arise. That was completely opposite from a lawyer I had before and whose mistakes and carelessness put me in removal proceedings.
