I reached out to the law firm in the time of great need. Tony Mirvis was the lawyer that helped me. I was really please that he responded right away and he listened patiently to my situation and was instantly ready to offer help and guidance. I really appreciate the help that he provided me. In June of 2023, I was arrested and charged with seven misdemeanors and one felony after being assaulted and lied on by an Amazon Truck Driver. My case started in June and ended in March of the following year. I'm a hard working city employee and mother of three young children, and due to the severity of my case I opted to reach out to a paid attorney rather than leaving my livelihood in the hands of a public defender (not saying public defenders are not good at what they do). I originally reached out to the law firm of Anthony Sharnov, and they connected me with Tony Mirvis, who assisted me with my case. My Felony was dropped and dismissed in September, and my other charges were dismissed in December. I received an ACD, and due to the fact that I had an order of protection against me, my case was set to be sealed and dismissed six months later. Mr. Mirvis had gotten it reduced to three months. My car was also taken by the NYPD, the day of my arrest and due to be seized in a civil forfeiture. I was able to get my car back in January after it was released from an evidence hold back in December. In order to get my vehicle back without being railroaded by the "justice system," I had to pay a settlement fee of $2,500. Mr Mirvis was able to get the fee dropped to $1,000. My case was sealed and dismissed and I'm forever thankful to Mr Mirvis, and the Law Office of Anthony Sharnov (specifically Lucas and Al Sharnov) who was patient with me, answered all of my concerns, assisted me and most importantly got me out of a horrible situation with the least amount of damage to my name and career. Thank you for all of your help and professionalism throughout the duration of my case.
