As for someone who is a victim of sexual assault. I came across this law firm hoping to be taken as a client but unfortunately this did not happen. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is very nice. However, they make it seem like you are talking to Norma for the 1 hour intake call on the website but really you are speaking to a Law Clerk named Roshelle who was also very nice. I did not appreciate the fact, they didn’t have the decency to call me to tell me the unfortunate news. I had to scroll through a bunch of emails to find an email from Norma. If you have to pay a $275 fee (only refundable if they don’t take you as a client) just for a person to get information about your legal situation when other lawyers do it for free is kind of crazy.

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by The Law Office of Stephen R. Chesley. They handled my case with care and expertise, and I felt very well taken care of.

Mark is exceptional in his knowledge of probate, trusts and estate law.

I spoke with Norma and Henessy during my initial interview. They were condescending yet friendly. They require "Zoom" interviews for evaluations and wouldn't accommodate for not having or wanting to download that app. They used other potential client's ability to schedule evaluations as a means to influence my actions regarding my personal case evaluation.
