Peter Kolp was very knowledgeable about the law, but as importantly he understood the pressure our family was under due to the criminal charges. Attorney Judy is unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious. She will tell you what you need to hear just to get your job. Her selling point is “did you read all my good reviews online??”. Unless you compensate her for every minute of her time, she will not waste any time on you.

I paid $1,500 for a bankruptcy and I did explain I had one previously but I wasn't sure of the date. I was informed with confidence that he would look into it and get back to me. Fast forward I was informed that he could not help me and I was not entitled to any kind of refund not even a partial. So not only is all my credit cards with over the limit fee late fees
