How do I start without getting mushy. She was recommended by another lawyer that was not able to help me with my case and she turn out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. I came all the way from the South Bronx on the train with my portable oxygen and met with this wonderful person. She greeted me with such professionalism, compassion and a big smile. I felt at ease and knew that I was in the right place. She ask me to have a seat and explained everything in detail, including answering my multiple questions without hesitation. Judy is an excellent lawyer who helped us with our first home purchase in Brooklyn. Our condo was new construction and she was very upfront with us from the beginning what the process would look like. She helped adjust the contract so that we would have added layers of protection - she really looks out for her clients! As we neared the closing Judy was essential to making sure the sponsor's attorney, bank and bank attorney were all connected and on the same page to get the final documents correct.
