I called Mark after 5pm and he still took my call. I wasn’t even a client yet. Not only did he take my call, but he also took about an hour to understand my needs and hear my case. He was very professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk to as well. He is doing some research on my behalf prior to asking me for a retainer, which is rare but honest!
