My family and I were buying our first home and we hired Mohammad as our lawyer. Finding the perfect home was a difficult process and it took us about a year and a half in signing and terminating contracts until we finally found the right one. Mohammad was with us the entire time guiding us along the way. He is a very knowledgeable an patient lawyer and I cant imagine what we would have done without him. Although we closed in on the house, Mohammed continues to help us and we are grateful for all of his help and hard work.

We had the pleasure of working with Mohammad when we hired him to help us with the closing of a house we bought. Not only was his rate very fair but he was always available to answer questions and explains things clearly throughout the process. He was on top of everything and just a really nice guy in general. I highly recommend him and will definitely be working with him again as the need arises

I had very good experience with Mohammad Saleem after I hired him to buy my coop. From the start he explained me every things should know about the contract and process until closing. In my opinion he is the best lawyer to hire in town for real estate.

Mr Salem is brilliant! We fell behind in rent when my husband lost his job. Our landlord attempted to get us removed from the apartment because of non-payment. Mr. Salem was not only able to help us keep our apartment, but he also got us time to pay off the back rent and negotiated a payment plan that we would be able to keep up with. He was always available for us if we had any questions and when the landlord's lawyers tried to change things up on us, he was there to fight for us. I highly recommend Mr. Saleem. He cares about his clients and works like crazy to get them the best deal for them.

But I feel it is necessary to take the time to tell about the wonderful experience I've had dealing with my lawyer, Mr. Saleem. It became necessary to hire an attorney after my landlord became even more desperate to evict us from our 3 bedroom rent stabilized apartment in Midwood Brooklyn. From the moment I made the call to his offices to set up a date for the the consultation I was very impressed. The staff and the receptionist was very personalble and very friendly and warm. When I finally did get a chance to meet with Mr. Saleem I was really amazed and overjoyed when he went over our options. He gave me options that I did not even know could be done! But through the whole consultation he was very clear that he wanted me to realize all my options and only then chose a path that would be best for my family. Wow, I went from feeling like the end of the world was immanant to having a new found sense of hope. When the day came for our first court appearance Mr. Saleem was there at the scheduled time. Dealing with the landlords attorneys was an exercise in patience and tact. I was so thankful that my lawyer was able to negotiate these waters with realative ease. To the average everyday citizen court procedures and protocols can be very daunting...but to the trained professional that my attorney was it was very effortless and very quick. Now I could go on and on about every little detail of my case but I will not bore with that. What I will say is that my expererience with Mr. Saleem was was a truly wonderful and painless process that saved my family from being homeless. He negotiated a deal with the landlords and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney in his field. A man of high standards that belives in family and is willing to go that extra mile for his clients.

Great real estate attorney, knew what he was doing. I felt extremely relaxed. Especially when the sellers attorney thought there was more due at closing but thanks to my attorney and his knowledge in my closing that I was at ease and didn't pay a dime extra.

Mohammad is an amazing lawyer! He's very helpful, answers any questions you have for him. He knows what he's talking about, and will explain everything very throughly. He helped me with my husbands immigration case every step of the way. I didn't have to do any work except bring the documents and sign the papers, he did everything from making copies of the documents to filling out the paper work. He was very attentive towards the case and because of that, within a year of applying for my husbands immigration case he had gotten the visa. I would highly recommend him!
