Quick Summary: Judy is absolutely excellent - if you’re considering hiring her for buying/selling property we 100% recommend you do so. Judy was absolutely fantastic to work with. My partner and I have just finished purchasing our first home together and we decided to use Judy as our legal representation. She provided excellent guidance out of what we were to expect, helped us understand the current state of the condo we were buying and the state of the association, and worked extremely hard to get us the best agreements we could get out of the seller. From day 1 and our initial consultation, Judy made it very clear what she needed from us and what she needed from everyone else. As we moved forward through the process she showed us what the red flags were for our place and gave us warnings about what to expect should they prove out to be actual problems. We knew exactly what we were getting into because of her guidance and expertise. On the day of closing, we showed up to Judy's office and she ran the entire closing process very smoothly. There were (of course) hiccups along the way but we managed to work around that just fine. During the closing process Judy made sure again that we understood what we were signing and that it was what we originally agreed to, and that we ensured that all of our monetary liabilities added up to what we had originally thought they would be. With the exception of the title company being late, we could definitely have been done within the hour. Overall we had an excellent experience getting this done thanks in large part to Judy’s skillset. If we end up purchasing or selling again we will definitely be consulting her during that process wholeheartedly.

I met with a few lawyers before meeting Mr. Mark Cossuto and right away I knew he'd be my lawyer. He was very professional and the only one who put so much confidence in me. He was very helpful and available anytime if I had questions. He was able to get all the charges dismissed just like he promised. If you have a dwi issue, call Mr. Cossuto and that will end up being one of the best decisions in your life. The man does wonders! Thank You once again, Mark! 👍🏻

Went in and reach Micheal Levitz for an an accident i had on June 17, 2018. He told me i have a good case and i did the necessary paper work. After that i was called in a few times to discuss the progress of the case. He explained that the office is getting the necessary document and paper work collected and filed and things are going in the right direction. On March 8, 2019 i received a letter from him stating that he can no longer represent me and for me to contact other attorneys. After nearly 9 months this guy is now telling me to see other attorneys. Keep away from Micheal Levitz, he is not to be trusted.

My husband and I had a truly wonderful experience working with Judy. We were trying to use my Hyatt Legal Plan benefit through work to draft our wills. After receiving AWFUL customer service from 3 different lawyers in our area, we finally reached out to Judy who was extremely communicative, thorough, and responsive from the start. She was very honest and advised us to wait the extra couple of months until our 2nd child was born to get the most out of the benefit and save money. Not only did she talk through what needed to be done for the will, draft, and fully execute our wills in a timely fashion, but she made sure that we had considered every possible scenario beyond what a will required us to consider. She went way beyond the call of duty for us. I would highly recommend Judy Mock should you require legal services!
