Great lawyer

Mark Cossuto represented my friend and got all the dwi charges dismissed and she ended up with a tinted windows charge.

Last Will and Testament was something I had on my mind to take care of. It was a bit intimidating but Judy a took the time to review the process and clearly communicated what was in my best interest. Judy and her team were professional and most efficient.

I was referred to Ms. Rachel, by another lawyer, I am so happy our paths crossed, having had not so great of a experience with previous lawyers, she has totally change my personal opinion towards lawyers, she is a very optimistic and delightful person, and I know she is the best person I could have representing me in court.

I went in to go see her not knowing anything and all lost. She was very sweet and very explanatory about everything and told me I had nothing to worry about she will help me get everything together. She listens closely and carefully intead of rushing you unlike other people that rush you without explaining anything and you end up not knowing more then u came with .I highly recommend her and what she brings to the table is great and genuine person who actually cares for you and ur well beaing. She is a go getter and gets the job done and you will leave at the end of everything very happy and satisfied mabye even with happy joyful tears . I just want to say thank you Rachel s. My fiancé and I were excited to find a seemingly perfect condo in a new building and were thrilled when our offer was accepting. However, it was our first time buying in New York and we knew we'd need help. I found Judy through a legal assistance program that's offered in my office and was thrilled to find that she was straight-forward and to the point after our first call. While we waited for the paperwork from the condo she was amazing at checking in and giving me updates and was able to work with my hectic schedule to get a meeting on the books; along with sending me all the paperwork so I was able to prepare questions in advance of our meeting. When we met she had done her due diligence and thoroughly gone through all the paperwork the Sponsor had sent over - finding out that no only had the Sponsor gone bankrupt, but he had several other buildings in Brooklyn with massive issues. Judy saved us from buying in to a poorly built, potential disaster. She did the background work needed to ensure that we were taken care of and making smart investments - its rare to find a lawyer who has your back like that! This sale obviously didn't pan out, but Judy will be the only lawyer we use for any upcoming purchases!

I must say that on top of being a nervous wreck because of my financial situation I did not believe that I would qualify for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy because I was a bit over the maximum salary range for qualification and Chapter 13 regretfully would have been my only option. I was referred to Rachel by another lawyer as he stated that she was a specialist in securing bankruptcies for persons in my situation. Was he ever right. Rachel is personable, has delicious chocolates in the office, but gets right down to business. Two months after filing, I just received my Chapter 7 discharge and a new lease on life. Rachel was amazing. While other lawyers turned me away and couldn’t help, she didn’t. She was caring and helpful and very accommodating. She made a very difficult process a much easier one.
