Mark is an amazing lawyer! He has a great deal of experience with handling DWI. He was able to win my husband’s first DWI case took it to trial and he was found not guilty. A year later my husband got another DWI case and took it to trial and Mark did what he does best and got him another not guilty verdict... Mark is truly a gifted lawyer who has a great deal of knowledge with handling such cases. I truly recommend Mark. He is the best!

Mark is absolutely the best! After my arrest, was lucky to find mr Cossuto. I needed to drive and he got me a hardship driving license in a heartbeat. At the courthouse, I could tell the DA’s and judges had a lot of professional respect for Mark. I was also at a risk of losing my professional License, thus was obviously trying to avoid a criminal record. Mark was able to get me a very desirable outcome. I was arrested on Felony DWI Charges. This was my 3rd DWI Arrest. During my attorney selection process, I did my research. I searched google reviews and I spoke to other people who had the same problem that I had and I found Mark Cossuto. I hired Mark Cossuto and I am glad that I did. My case started out as a Felony. Mark Cossuto had my Felony charges dismissed and my case was reduced to Misdemeanor Charges. I had refused to "blow" at the 78th Precinct so my case was a refusal. I was facing at least an 18 month License Suspension because I have a CDL. Mark Cossuto successfully defending me at the DMV Refusal Hearing. We won the second hearing where the police officer actually showed up. And I was able to keep my CDL, keep my City job and continue to support my family. All the DWI charges were eventually dismissed as well! Mr. Cossuto found a way to negotiate my case with the District Attorney and the judge. I was impressed because when he walked into the courtroom, both Supreme Court and Criminal Court, everyone knew him and were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to keep my CDL and I cannot tell you how happy I am. Mark Cossuto was always available to accept my calls and respond to my emails, even later in the evening and even on the weekends. He went out of his way to defend me. My wife was very nervous at the beginning of my case because I support her and our 2 kids. I received all of my paperwork through email and I was always kept up to date with all new developments in my case. Words cannot describe the gratitude that I have for Mark Cossuto. Mark handled my case perfectly!
