Worth every penny. Mr. Cossuto has been doing this for decades, and it shows. He knows practically everybody at the courthouse -- every judge, every prosecutor, every clerk, every govt. official who interacts with the DWI court (e.g. the people at Brooklyn TASC who monitor those who are mandated to get treatment). He will get you the minimum sentence possible, as long as you comply with whatever the court requires of you in exchange. I feel confident saying that without any qualifiers like "probably". He looks, aggressively, at all possible angles that could help your case; as a result, clients who are charged with aggravated DWI can walk away with no criminal charges, just a driving infraction, if they satisfy the court's requirements. He represents more serious cases too, like e.g. if there was a crash. He will guide you through every step of that entire process, not just the court stuff. He knows from experience what is possible and what isn't. Things pretty much work out within the boundaries of what he predicts. I believe he works across boroughs, but focuses on Brooklyn mostly.

It was a DWI case etc.... case went to trail .he put on a show he preached and just stated facts after facts found not guilty of all charges ,he's good highly recommended..

I would recommend Rachel to anyone. She is compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and can answer any question you may have. When you meet Rachel you know you are in the hands of a lawyer who cares.

Mark Cossuto represented my friend and got all the dwi charges dismissed and she ended up with a tinted windows charge.
