I found Michael to have exemplary communication skills and very knowledgeable and skilled in this area of law. He demonstrated great listening skills and he is hardworking and persevering. Ignore the fake 1 star reviews by internet trolls who are racist that this is a Black Owned Firm run by minorities FOR everyone including minorities. Follow them on social medial they do a lot of giving back and supporting students etc @dnislaw There are so many law firms in this area so they hire trolls to post bad stuff about competitors. I had excellent experience with this firm. The attorneys went out of their way to help guide me and resolve my case. They are collegial, professional, and easy to speak to. The fees are affordable if not lower than the other firms I asked for quotes on. I was not even charged for the initial consultation. They spent more time with me than others that charged me for limited consultation and other firms only make you deal with the paralegal where here it’s a mix and mostly the lawyers are available when you need. So go ahead and book with this firm. My background is a doctor so I have enough experience with google reviews, customer service, etc. And I can’t deal with racism/discrimination.

#1 the people that answer the telephone Have no customer relations skills whatsoever They don't even identify Who your speaking too you don't even know If you dial the right telephone number or not. #2 no one returns your phone call.

I don't normally leave reviews, but when you deal with someone who is as amazing as this, you have to let others know. Rachel was an absolute blessing. I am so grateful for her and the work she does for her clients. She definitely knows what she's doing and I am thankful I had someone of her caliber to help me through a challenging time like that in my life. She made my stressful situation that much bearable, I found her to be highly knowledgeable and reliable. Whenever I called Rachel, she was there for me to answer any questions and address all of my concerns. She always made sure to get back to me if she wasn't available. I had no idea what to expect, and she walked me through the bankruptcy filing process and explained everything in detail. I trust her, she is very good at what she does and it shows in her results as well as in her professionalism, she was there for me every step of the way.
