Report to Federal trade commission if you have received a letter in the mail regarding FAKE DUI.Have you received a letter in the mail with a fake DUI charge and papers from the daily news “DIRTY SECRETS” if so do understand that this falls under Mass Marketing Fraud. Agency seems to think it’s okay to mail people fake DUI advertisement letter and scareing people into calling Mark S Cossuto since he “knows the system and knows how to protect you”. That’s just bad seriously, sad too. Once again stop spamming people and for the ones reading this report to FTC.gov

Judy is a one of the best attorneys out there. She was able to provide us a full process overview as we were first time buyers. She helped us understand what the most common pitfalls are and how to avoid them. She was very thorough on our case and didn’t miss any details. We had almost gone into contract on a newly renovated house that was full of red flags if it wasn’t for Judy. She had done some research on the house and it turned out to be missing key permits that were necessary for the renovation. We would have been in a tough position if we had purchased that house. A few months later, after countless open houses, we had found our future home and called Judy right away to get the ball rolling. There were difficulties with closing the house as the seller had title issues. We were worried that our rate lock would expire and end up having to pay a higher rate. But thanks to Judy and her persistence, she was able to work with the seller’s attorney to get the issue resolved before the rate lock had expired. She was even available while on her vacation to answer any urgent emails. At closing, she kept all parties organized and ensured a timely meeting. After closing, Judy had kept our case open as she wanted to ensure title was cleared on our property so we don’t have any title issues if we ever decide to sell our home in the future. Judy is someone you can count on to get things done and someone that you can trust to tell you the truth. We appreciate her hard work on our case and glad that we had chose her to be our partner on our first home purchase. We would not have been able to close as quickly and efficiently without her help. My husband wanted to bring a case against a hospital and explained that his civil rights were violated and the lawyer said “we don’t handle those cases” and hung up... they need to be disbarred

Ladies and Gent I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. This attorney and I spoke in regards to my case. I told him please give me time to make a decision and he called me over 10 times. I explained to the gentleman that I contacted you from a different number he stated I am “rude and disrespectful for not contacting him back right away” Mr Cussuto was very persistent about me hiring him. He would consistently state that I need to hire him etc etc. Upon ending the phone conversation with this attorney because I kept calling back and didn’t understand why he was so rude to me. He said are you calling to give me a lecture I don’t have time. And hung up the phone on me. Not wanting to argue with Mr. Cussuto I said sir have a bless day, he preceded by telling to “Go SCREW MYSELF” I am appalled by such behavior from an attorney. Guys the aggression in this individuals voice through the phone was extremely scary. I pray that no one else ever has such experience with this sad individual.
