My decade long case and relationship with R&R was nothing but professional and transparent from start to close. Yes, I said, DECADE LONG case! From the very beginning, I was taken well care of and always provided w professional advice and direction. Even when my initial lawyer left the firm (amicably), the transition in handling my case was executed w care and flawless. My personal injury case, in my mind, had a minimal chance of success as each year went by, but R&R stayed persistent and recently got settled! A lot went on throughout the years including the defendant hiring a PI to troll me and my family unprofessionally! Words can not describe how great of an attorney Rachel is. I was in a very tough situation and she helped me when no one else would. She’s compassionate, attentive and a pleasure to interact with. I wish I found her sooner, she’s very efficient and got movement on my amendment very fast. I know there’s cheaper lawyers out there but cheaper doesn’t mean better, the peace of mind she provides is worth every penny!
