She made a difficult process easier and advised me in my best interest based on my specific needs and family situation. I have a hyatt legal plan where I found her. Atty David Doyaga Jr. was my lawyer in my Bankruptcy Case Chapter 7. Before I accepted his service he first explained the pros and cons of filing Bankruptcy petition and when I came to know that it will be more beneficial in my part I agreed to hire him as my lawyer with a very affordable legal fee. He let me signed a contract and advised me to submit some documents(Bank Accounts, Payroll stubs, ITR). He prepared the Petition for me and let me signed it and submit it to the Court. Exactly a month after the filing of the Bankruptcy petition the Court scheduled the hearing through telephone call because of the current pandemic. Few hours after the hearing Atty David called me informing me that we won the case or we call it “Discharge.” Atty David together with his staffs were very professional in dealing with their clients and easily reached even in the midst of COVID-19 the reason why it was so fast to resolved my Case. For as long as you follow Atty David Doyaga’s instructions to the letter it will be a victory battle.
