From start to finish Rachel was awesome. She explained everything to me and walked me through all of the steps. I would 100% recommend her.

I needed to get legal documents prepared and executed so I used the Hyatt Legal Plan offered through my employer and found Judy Mock. I was beyond grateful for her and her staff's professional demeanor and treatment of my case. Our initial appointment was postponed due to Covid but months later, she was able to reschedule with me and handled the looming Covid situation with extreme care and consideration. She and her staff wore masks, gloves and adhered to social distancing. Judy also made sure to spray disinfectant in her office after a client left for extra precaution. She also made it clear that all clients entering must wear a mask and gloves also. I left her office feeling very at ease with the work she had done, the legal advice she offered and with the way she handled the entire visit. I highly recommend Judy for her professionalism in all areas and for caring enough to go the extra mile. Thank you!
