Mark delivers. It's easy to get overwhelmed when dealing with something so personal but Mark did a great job managing my expectations and helped me stay calm. Beware of the 5 stars misleading! Horrible customer service never calls back, anyone at office after many calls and messages. Case went on Over 2 years and nothing no settlement. Don’t care about you, only first call they made me feel important after that just a name and every call I was a new client no one ever knew what was going on with the case. Also had to get medical records and information for the Lawyer's! 1 star was too many. If it’s not a big case for them your pushed to bottom of pile.
