When I say I couldn’t have made a better choice in choosing Mark and Josh to handle my case , I truly mean that. These guys are really the best at what they do ! I had a DUI case in Federal Court which Mark and Josh handled like pros! Through the whole court day , they both explained what was going on step by step , they also advised every scenario that might happen (NO SUGAR COATING). But luckily these guys had my back and got the DUI dismissed . I am forever grateful for Mark and Josh for saving me from something that could’ve followed me for the rest of my life. 5 stars is not enough .

Incredible People, they take care of their clients like human beings. Whereas they leave you ( the client), without the stress of the law politics. When they say they will get you what you are owe, and take care of your needs the best ways they can. They mean it, and they stick to their guns. Not wasting a client(s) time, and not making sure they get you what you’re owed! THEY WILL GET YOU WHAT YOU’RE OWED WITHOUT FOLDING ON YOUR CASE!!! When you take your case to them it will be more than handled to satisfaction. Each staff member there DOES THE JOB!

Man of his word. Got pulled over in Brooklyn heading back to Jersey & they wanted to give me a dui. After losing confidence in the public defender I reached out to several lawyers. Mark was they only one that told me he could take care of it. We had a zoom call that night and he was representing me the next morning. He did everything he said he would and got my charges dismissed. Great guy, I’m forever grateful 🙏🏽

The court didn’t come and didn’t even call me, didn’t send a letter to say that it won’t be at that date, the court time will be another time, that I didn’t come to court reschedule, court, date in vain, since it was beneficial for him and he was not in court, I just wasted time from work, stayed as it was beneficial for him, and so I did, I came from afar. Coldly treated very bad experience without responsibility. I don’t have human rights, that I don’t have to call or send a letter, that I didn’t come to court in vain no in respect.

I found Mark and Josh when I was looking at reviews for a good firm of attorneys. I decided to hire their firm to defend my hard case against a DWI ticket. Both are very professionals and know what exactly they need to do in this type of cases, this is their field. I had a very bad driving record and with their knowledge and experience they were able to dismiss my case. I highly recommend Mark and Josh since they did what I though was impossible. Mark & Josh Cossuto handled my challenging case in Richmond County so expertly that it was FULLY dismissed!! They were able to ensure that I avoided major issues down the line but I know that if we had to continue the fight, the firm would have remained by my side and fought for the best possible outcome. I want to thank the law firm of Shulman & Hill and the staff. Especially my attorney Mr. Evan R. Levtow! He did a fantastic job on my trial in every way, which was outstanding. My case was one of the most complicated due to the previous attorney's mistake and negligence from a different law firm. But Mr. Levtow was able to handle and resolve any issue that appeared on our way! He is the most educated, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and experienced attorney ever! During the process, he explained every step properly and worked very hard to win my case. I have never met an attorney like him who gives all his efforts to his clients. After running into a really stressful immigration situation regarding my husband we reached out to this Law firm and were pleasantly surprised at the level of care we received.
