Horrible customer service, really rude staff they shouldn’t be in business as they’re working with the law! The lady called Tina should be fired from their office. I am pretty sure this lawyers have no idea who they have working for them.

Judy was detailed and thorough in answering all my questions and concerns. Judy was easy to reach via emails/phone and very responsive. On number of occasions I reached out to Judy late in the day with my questions and I would get a response the same evening which was highly appreciated. Judy S. Mock, Esq. is at the top of her game! She is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, responsive , has an eye for details and a tenacious advocate for her clients. Judy represented me when I purchased my home. As much as I was eager to close, Judy took the time to go through the contract and to explain the possible implications if the Seller did not agree to adjust certain terms. She warned me that I should be prepared to walk away. Having worked with Judy on other matters before, I trusted her judgment and had it come to that I would have walked away. Luckily, she was able to renegotiate the offending terms and the sale proceeded. Additionally, she caught a couple of miscalculations by the other parties and made sure that I received my refund in a timely fashion. Judy is the attorney that you want to have in your corner!
