Hiring an attorney is like going to the dentist: You don't want to go, but it's necessary. I had a problem with my tenant and when I first called Mr. Moccia, he was was very calm on the phone. He presented his experience and told me very calmly that I was looking at a long and possibly difficult challenge ahead. He didn't sound like a salesman or guarantee victory, just a straightforward talk. That's something I appreciate.

I was unable to get help from the Board of Directors because the sponsor and his management company was controlling the building.
