Being a fast growing startup, we are in constant need of complicated agreements with vendors, partners, resellers employees and of course corporate documents, (by-laws, and annual reports, filing) and share holder agreements, i have never met an attorney being so familiar in the law (a nerd of law) yet so human and open to research ideas and complexities, and after all bringing it to document so simple and expressive that it is almost impossible not to understand the intent of the agreement, I'm thankful and appreciative for the fact that i have met Zvi
