Please keep away as much as you can from this office. Bad service, they asked me to pay at first meeting 1500, after that they never answer my calls, over 7 times the lady on they phone keep telling me they are busy or they will call you back, and they never call me back or talk to me. Try to find another reliable and honest law office that really want to help you. By the way, my case was a speed tickets,if they cannot handle such a case what about real big cases!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. My attorney did not show up to court until after my court hearing was adjourned for another day making my family court matter a longer process and they charged me.

I cannot thank Frank and Jennifer enough for going through a year’s worth of trips from downtown Buffalo to the town of Boston. The both of them made what was otherwise an emotionally stressful situation, so much better for me. They kept me calm and quelled all of my concerns and worries...which is not easy to do.
