I called to seek information about my case, but I wasn't sure what kind of lawyer I would need. The receptionist told me that they were too busy to talk to me unless I was willing to pay a retainer, but not only that, the way that she spoke to me was very rude. As if I was bothering her. I told the woman well I'm not sure if this is even the kind of lawyer that I need, I was hoping to speak with someone. And again she told me unless I paid their retainer fee they were too busy to talk to me. Thanks but no thanks. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Anthony Cervi and his entire team are the answer to anything family law related. At the time I called his office, I had no idea what lay ahead for my case, but I knew I needed help. I googled Buffalo's "Super Lawyer" and his picture came up. I immediately had a good feeling, and I searched his page. My gut was screaming to call this office, and so I did. I waited until I got a call back from him and the second I spoke to him I knew this was it. The gloves were off and I was ready to fight with the best lawyer in town. As a mother of two young children, and a full time job I am always pulled in a million directions, but I have to admit, I was depleted of all energy at this point. I had stored evidence, collected documents and printed out every thing I needed to be as prepared as possible for our meeting. I was desperate and exhausted at this point and so nervous I was going to have to fight even harder with a lawyer. The moment I walked into his office I KNEW I was going to get the help I needed and that I wouldn't have to worry or fight alone anymore.
