“Ms Hawthorne repeatedly dropped the ball when it came to being prepared for court dates. I would ask a simple task be handled, & she arrived at court telling me she didn't have the information needed to pursue.”

“She did NOT bring up any of the concerns I had for my case, she NEVER answers texts or calls. Always tried to say its because she is out of town or she had covid (5 times or more)!”
