I went to Mr. Frank Bogulski office seeking relief from being "falsely" accused of a crime, and after reading a Buffalo News article on how Mr. Bogulski helped six hospital aides from ECMC (who too, was falsely accused of abuse) and Frank won there cases, I knew that I had to have this attorney and my choice was the correct one. Mr. Frank Bogulski won my case standing up to the NYS Dept of Labor and the Erie County DA's office and restoring my peace of mind.

This place was good when getting you to sign up with them. But now they don't return calls when payments are late, hang up on you when calling about denied medical treatment. Overall rude and useless.

My boyfriend was facing some criminal charges one that was very serious pocession of a weapon although we new the charges was serious it could've been beat with a good lawyer let's just say the first time I met with Frank and ran down my boyfriends history Frank won me over he stated he wasn't worried about the past let's focus on the now which out of everyone else they said my boy friend is looking at a lot of time needless to say without knowing to much about the case Frank did great at the felony hearing he was great with his questioning against the buffalo police you could tell he has experience moreless my boyfriend charges has been dropped and he was not indicted the case was surrounded around illegal search and seige I would recommend Frank to anyone.
