Delays and lack of responsiveness in addressing client concerns
“They did absolutely nothing when my workers compensation was reduced (twice) and eventually stopped. I told them many times that I was about to lose my apartment due to these reductions and the only response I received was, 'these are not paychecks'.”

Mishandling of client funds and lack of transparency
