Mattar office's took my case and I feel did a fair job I feel I was entitled to a bigger settlement but I guess we all would. That being said Kendel keep me informed with progress updates was always kind. Over all I think they did well should I ever have a case I would try to go at it on my own.

Robert Ross Fogg is one of the very few individuals who is the most experienced, passionate, and realistic attorney I have ever encountered. He has successfully gotten my uncle out of the tangled webb of incarceration that lasted over 36 years. After 36 years of serving a sentence for murder, the system wanted to add more time for a crime my uncle committed back in 1998. Mr. Fogg has just gotten my uncle to be a free man moments ago and my family and I couldn't be happier. Definitely worth every dollar spent on Mr. Fogg's services. (He could have charged more for the amount of work and effort put into this case....just being honest). His communication was impeccable. Giving me updates and checking in and visiting my uncle during the pandemic. I live in Westchester County and he came recommended from an attorney back in my neck of the woods. This shows a lot, seeing as how I live more than 6 hours away. Mr. Fogg has handled this case with compassion, respect, and understanding. His knowledge of the legal system and laws are extraordinary. A great deal of attorneys did not want to take this case, with a couple of them telling me to "just give up...this is a waste of time and energy...your uncle is never going to see freedom again". This made me lose hope and faith in the system. Mr. Fogg took this case telling me he will do his best, but he accomplished much more than that. My uncle is home FINALLY! Thank you so much Mr. Fogg!
