Everyone i dealt with was very helpful, patient, and answered all my questions

I was in a motorcycle accident and decided to give the William mattar office a call and I'm glad I did they were very helpful helped me understand everything because I didnt know what to do. There team there was super nice and very careful they just dont care about the money they do care about your wellbeing alos. They called to check in on my before and after surgery kept me up to date on the case. And I would recommend them to everyone that needs a great attorney they do have your back and help you to the fullest

The whole company are great people. They welcome you with open arms. They have hearts of gold but most important they care about your needs. They are definitely hard working loving caring individuals themselves. May GOD continue to cover and keep this company around to care for his people in time of their greatest needs.

Overall very professional and organized group that always assisted me when I called in and emailed them. Highly recommend this law firm especially for car accident situations.

I highly recommend William Mattar Law Offices. They were always in touch throughout my case, managed to settle much quicker than the original expected timeframe (even with the pandemic), and continued to keep me engaged and would go above and beyond in making things easier for me. Being a Canadian living in Canada, I thought there'd be complications on my end, as well as cross border travel required, but there was actually none of that, which was amazing. Whenever I'd need to call them, if it was before 5pm, not only would they already have my info ready, but 9 times out of 10 I'd get connected immediately to a member of my legal team (and the times it wouldn't, I'd immediately get transferred to someone who would be on my case). Calling after 5pm, it'd require more explaining and opening my file (since the agents wouldn't be familiar with my case) but other than that, it was pretty easy to get hold of my attorney or paralegal when needed.

I would like to thank the staff and attorneys at William Mattar offices at both locations for their excellent work with my case. This is the first law office that I have dealt with that has done everything needed in a timely manner. Respectful staff and understanding the needs and process and staying on top of things.
