Lack of direct communication with the assigned attorney
“My only complaint is the Client/Lawyer contact. Although I spoke to Secretaries and support staff, my Lawyer contacts were few. My lawyer also changed three times over the year.”

Pressure to settle cases quickly
“From there I was led to believe that I pretty much need to take what they are offering because court could cost to much.Needless to say I believe the outcome should have been much better than it was.”
