“I had the unfornate pick of an attorney, Dean Smith, he is the WORST!! He was unprepared and NOT Informative. Not only is he pompous and errogant, but he is a player and flirtatious (with bad breath🤮), which left me very uncomfortable.”

“I hired Ramos & Ramos to handle a trip and fall case, they said they would take my case, I was informed that once my medical treatments was finished to inform them, I did and, couldn't get a call back from them, after numerous attempts to talk to the attorney who was assigned to handle my case, I got a letter from them in the mail stating they didn't want to handle the case, they included a letter dated six months ago claiming they decided to drop my case.”

Mishandling of client matters and overcharging
“They had several assistants working on our file, okay fine, but NONE of them were on the same page! We received different information each time we called and it almost caused some major issues with our closing. Thank goodness we had an amazing realtor who prevented anything major but the lack of competence and communication from this office and undue stress they caused wasn't worth it.”
