Neighborhood Legal Services helps people with tenant landlord issues also with divorce you have to call at 9:00 in the morning Monday through Friday they are very helpful

I won my case

I give them 1 star cuz i can't go lower,if not it would be - 5,This place got me to make an hearing in person and now its oct 13 2022 and my hearing is in nov 2022 and now they tell me there not going to represent me.how can they do this to a person and not have an issue with leaving people hanging like this.you do not treat sick people or anyone this way.the one that did this to me is a paralegal named laury tanner,but i remember I think about 5 years ago i had a little disagreementut with the supervisior and he's holding that against me.anyway none of them are reliable,have no honor or respect for No One.wasted a year with them.

Online it's listed their hours end at 5pm. The housing unit closed at 2pm. Working people threatened with eviction and various emergency services have to call in morning at 9am. First come, first served. You CANNOT leave messages or information for follow up. And good luck calling during your lunch, they've probably clocked out! These people are no help. Literally the operator told me to call the Volunteer Lawyer Project. Will do!

Not good help if you just relocated

For a free service I'm thankful helped me tremendously.

In regard to those answering the phone, I found I had to call a few times and even though I explained why I called, my situation and what not, I shouldn't have had to call as many times I did just to get a simple answer that I finally got after 2 or 3 times calling.
