Sent email, no response… placed call, no response. The integrity of this business is questionable. It appears that they want to drag things out on the estate. What is concerning? Is that Surrogates court is not pushing for all reports to be filed. Don’t expire in New York without a will and trust. Erie County Surrogates court will draw out the process for years before closing the estate. YEARS.

From start to finish my experience with them has been extremely frustrating. I have to follow up a minimum of 10 times via phone / email in order to get any response. It almost feels like they have 0 interest in working with me as a client. Also, they have made very basic errors in my paperwork - getting my last name wrong, which is baffling! I regret everyday picking them as the law firm for my needs.
