Steve was recommended by my neurosurgeon that I was seeing for a neck injury from a car accident. I almost was not going to pursue legal action because I assumed the window of opportunity had closed, but Steve and his team found a way. He handled my case expeditiously and professionally. He or one of his associates explained every step of the process thoroughly and responded to any questions in a timely manner. Steve was often the point of contact which I appreciated. I honestly felt like the "work" I had to do was so minimal. When my no fault coverage through insurance was getting tricky - they were failing to cover some services - his office helped to make sense of it and interpret what the insurance was stating. They also helped push back to insurance to ensure that they were covering services that they should be and used my impending settlement to cover other services such as chiropractic so that I did not have to pay out-of-pocket. I had the utmost confidence in Steve and his team and am positive that they sought out, and won, the maximum amount allowed by my case. The process, from my point of view, was effortless and low-stress and the settlement gave me the closure I needed for an accident that caused lifelong injuries. I cannot recommend Steve and his practice enough.
