Joshua is better than that. He articulated clearly to me within 30 minutes where I was being taken advantage of by my landlord, and also listed step by step what I can do to avoid exploitation by them. His sound advice helped me quite a bit when I followed it step by step as he directed, and my landlord isn't looking to exploit me anymore.
