David Coombs saved my career, passion and livelihood. My initial request for information from him received a quick and thorough response. After retaining David, he quickly went to work. I am so glad we ran into Mr. Coombs and that he, agreed to take our case. My daughter is an active duty U.S. Army soldier serving in South Korea. She was wrongly accused of multiple charges under a 15-6 investigation, this case was a real juggernaut, a 32-page indictment with all kinds of twists and turns. I am a CPT in the United States Army with over 15 years of combined total service. I sought out Mr. Coombs after I was told I was being investigated for Fraternization, Art. 92 violation and Adultery. This completely took me back as I knew I had done nothing wrong and had accept the "tarnish" of these allegations. Mr. Coombs quickly jumped into action and helped me form my rebuttal based off of the poor investigation by the IO. We collected statements from those who knew me and worked/socialized with me everyday. The rebuttal was thorough and proved that the allegations were false. In the end the Deputy Command General disagreed with the IO and all charges were unfounded and admonished! First and foremost, if you are reading this review, you are seeking legal guidance to assist you through the PRB process; as was I. Long story short, due to Mr. Coomb's assistance, the PRB's decision was found favorable to my benefit; it is a long process though. It can be a tumultuous time with your future/livelihood on the line. Do not try and fight the system yourself, or use your post's TDS. Immediately contact Mr. Coombs and seek his professional guidance. Initially i sought self-help, however, the legal system was too technical and I for sure did not know all the regulations. I was hesitant on looking for a credible attorney who had success. After conducting my due diligence. i contacted Mr. Coombs. From the initial consultation, i knew he was knowledgeable and trust worthy. He created several courses of actions and execution plans. After being briefed, he recommended which route was most feasible/higher success. After implementing his plan, it was the PRB waiting game.
