I would give 0 stars if I could. The lawyer sounded professional on the phone, in reality he's the total opposite. I paid $550 for an eviction, tenant owes over $3,000. This lawyer after court can't even tell me what happened. I asked a bunch of questions, but he had no answers... Eviction was over two weeks ago yet I have no paperwork and no answer from Peter Mcgrath... Worst lawyer ever, even Aquino was better (drunk driving and all). Oh and by the way I got more info looking at the ex tenants social media then I got from him. THIS GUY NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE!! True story, today is March 3rd and tenant was out on the 1st, she left on her own but I paid for a Marshall, Peter tells me Marshall is not going till the 3rd... It doesn't even make sense, he tells me will call on eviction day well guess what he never did. I called him and left a message and still no response!! HORRIBLE LAWYER FOR EVICTIONS

I recently hired Peter McGrath as my lawyer to fight a traffic ticket I received while traveling to the US. He did an amazing job and reduced my fine to a very low amount. He was wonderful to deal with and always kept me informed. I would definitely recommend his services.
