I hired Charles for my divorce and although my divorce was finalized pretty quickly, I am very unhappy with how things went. He confused me on two separate occasions with a different client, with one time having an entire conversation about 'going to court' before realizing he had the wrong person. My documents written were too vague and had to hire an additional lawyer to write an addendum upon hearing that my divorce was finalized. I was very dissatisfied with how things went and am very disappointed with how much money I spent on mediocre service.

Mr Messina was very knowledgeable and kept it real! He did not recommend pursuit of my case as he said it was a hit or miss. He seemed straightforward and honest. I would love to have him for representation. I would recommend anyone to at least talk to him and consider him for representation.

I contacted Chuck due to him having stellar reviews all over the inter webs. I had a few questions for a legal matter and he advised me within hours. I hope I don’t need him. But if I do I can tell that I would be in good hands.

I ended up hiring another lawyer. She joked with me and asked why on earth did I hire him? Some of these reviews look pretty fake. Hmmm.....

I spoke with Mr. Messina about a family court issue. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me feel a little bit at ease. Would definitely recommend speaking to Mr.Messina in regards to father rights and family law.

I called in to ask some questions about my situation and child support. Charles was out on vacation when i first called, but to my surprise he called me the day I was told he'd be back. He answered every question i had.

Chuck is an excellent, no nonsense lawyer. He did an outstanding job dealing with my ex and her lawyer. I just wish I had found him earlier as my prior lawyers do not compare to Chuck's excellence. I would recommend Chuck for any divorce as he truly know what he is doing and does the job exceptionally well!

Fantastic Lawyer hands down.! Mr. Messina called me back right away, and got down to the details to solve my problem. He is down to earth, and most importantly makes you feel comfortable. Was hired for the divorce case 2/17, this lawyer was, sloppy and lazy to correct the summons. Could not change the gender of party on the summon. It was easily print off, did not respect his client or explain the divorce procedures . Only wanted his money, this lawyer was fired !

Failed to file necessary paper work in court and played dumb when I double checked with the court. I gave him another chance, stupidly. When I first talked to him he spent time with me and explained everything. After a few months, he got lazy, rude, and was overwhelmed with too many cases, and DOUBLE BILLED ME 600.00. If I hadn't caught it, I would have been out the money. I fired him and he charged me a dollar a page for the paper work I had given him! He kept my file and CHARGED me to make the copies to give to my new attorney. Totally unprofessional about the whole process and got angry that I fired him and went with another attorney. I wish I had never met him.

I had a free phone consultation with Chuck Messina. He took 45 minutes listening to the details of my life and helping me understand my options. He gave decent advice and was genuine in his care. Although I'm not looking forward to having to use a lawyer, I am looking forward to having a lawyers that cares enough to listen, rather than shuffle me in and out the door.

I have hired this attorney and this guy turned to be very unprofessional and lazy and unprepared.It took him forever to check all the papers and docs from my ex. I thought he was cheking all details very slowly and I thought carefully, but not. He missed a lot. More than twice we met in the court he was completely unprepared. I don’t know what he has doing, but he turns to be the worst attorney ever. Do not hire him and if you do you will be flashing your money in the toilet and you will go and hire anotther lawyer anyway.Be careful.
