This is a 2.5 rating. I have substantial legal experience myself and have attended law school and been involved in regulatory compliance and regulation and law development for many years. Keith was empathetic and potentially realistic. However he was also unresponsive and seemingly not interested in pursuing a difficult case. The negotiated consent order on custody of children perpetuated a situation that is likely not in the best interests of the children. We are back in court. I am representing my self and making good progress. Admittedly, this is a tough case involving the professional misconduct of child’s mental health counselor, who recommended that the children leave my custody. After filing a complaint with the NYS Education Department, this counselor is currently being prosecuted on numerous charges associated with professional misconduct including incompetence and negligence. I can’t fault Keith for this, he has likely never seen a fact pattern like this. It is pretty unique.

I would not recommend this attorney at all; he is extremely rude and unprofessional. Once again, rude and unprofessional; and it clearly shows that just by his choice of words in his response to this review. Please refer to the prior reviews that express his rude and unprofessional traits.

Excellent Attorney. Everything played out exactly how he described it would, in our first visit, 7 months earlier. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend!

Keith is a fabulous attorney. He knows what he’s doing, and how the court system works. He can’t give everyone exactly what they want all the time, as the end decision is the Judges (not his), but he will work hard to get the best results he can for you. He explains everything… so you understand what happens before, during and after every court appearance. He truly cares about his clients and I’m really grateful I found him. Joy is awesome too.

Keith is an awful lawyer. Recent mediation where he actually stuck up for the ex wife and completely embarrassed my partner. He doesn’t answer calls, texts, voicemails to his cell and office. Ex wife has the divorce decree and he won’t give it to my partner. It’s an actual joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HIM. He only cares about his retirement home in Arizona. He should retire NOW and stop screwing over his clients. Run away people.

Keith and his team was excellent! I was not legally inclined with anything when Keith took on my case. He helped me understand a lot of the in between lingo that I didn't. All and all, everything went great in the endgame of it all! Thank you!

Thanks to Keith I was able to get some things off my record in court. Keith was able to coach me properly and told me what to expect. He didn't sale me any false dreams and kept it completely honest with me. Thanks Keith.

My situation Was difficult I was present at every hearing Keith was all over it but some judges are set in there ways and was hearing none of it Keith went to bat very hard for me I was very pleased the way he handled it thanks Keith

Stay away from this lawyer! My son retained him for his divorce/custody case, he could never get ahold of him, his secretary always said he was in court, it took days to get through. He did not fight for my sons best interest, he always told him to settle or do what the law guardian proposes.Well guess what! We retained a new attorney and he IS getting what he wants! He is also very degrading on the phone, I witnessed a conversation my son had with him on speaker, he spoke to my son like he was unimportant and didn't have time for him. You can find a lawyer out there that will charge you one retainer that will cover everything. Keith nickle and dimes you for every phone call, email and text as well as meetings with the courts and other attorneys.
