I retained Anthony Kuhn to help me to dispute my withdrawn/dismissal case with the DoD SMART scholarship. Mr. Kuhn help me to see what debt waiver/dispute options I had and also how to deal with an alternative service repayment using my current employer. He was always anticipating and explaining the potential outcome in each step of the process. I finally got the letter stating that I have been relieved from any (financial/time) obligation with the DoD.

Highly recommend Tully Rinckey law firm, more specifically Anthony Kuhn as an attorney. I hade 7 serious charges that I was sure was going to ruin my life!!!! Tony was by my side from day one and in the end even though I was 100% guilty of all charges, he was able to get me into a court program which allowed me to be held accountable for my actions and in the end all charges were dropped. He was very upfront with me from the beginning, never allowed my expectations to go beyond what his capabilities were. Extremely fair pricing!!!! To be honest for the quality of work and the end result which I couldn’t have fantasized about a better outcome, i would have paid 4 times the amount I did for such great representation!!! If you have legal trouble don’t waste your time looking for anyone else!!!
