My college son while away at UB made a mistake of signing a lease for an apt that online looked very different that the reality. It was unacceptable to move into when he saw it, both he and I were on the lease. The landlord was holding us accountable for the full lease. Olivia not only got us removed from the lease but we are waiting for my son’s first month rent he paid in advance to be refunded. Olivia took care of it all in a most efficient manner . I could not be more pleased with her service and highly recommend her.

Long Paulo-Lee was extremely helpful in navigating a recent real estate transaction where the buyer's began to create some unwarranted issues and were making demands. Their office was able to push back on their false claims and get them to completely back off as they proved the claims were completely false, saving me a huge headache and costs.
