After months of them doing hard work and answering our questions and being available, Chris got the result that we deserved. We first went to Chris after another lawyer told us we had no case. Chris told us that our case would be difficult but that he believed it was worth pursuing. I always felt like my questions were answered and nothing was shady like those car chasers you see on TV. The staff, Mary, Judy and Patrice were all awesome. I always felt like I was dealing with a reputable place. At the end, they all feel like family. The new lawyer at Chris' place, John Ford, also really cares about what he does and is a passionate fighter.

He is very responsive and attentive, nice and respectful. He always had documentation about my case and he took the time to make sure I understood the documents. For nearly a month I had no idea what I was suppose to do after being immobile from a car accident.
