Last year was the first and I pray, the last time I ever have a car accident. It was a horrible and painful experience that I'm still suffering. For me, going to the Dietrich Law Firm was one of the best decisions I made. At the initial meeting, I met Peg and showed her the accident and medical reports. She read the reports and then told me that she wanted to represent me. We talked, signed paperwork and then she told me to focus on healing. She made me feel very comfortable because her sincerity was obvious to me. The Firm checked on and stayed in touch on a regular basis with Kayla and Bailee keeping me updated. Both Kayla and Bailee were so nice, always double checking the Insurance Company representatives, asking questions and then explaining everything to me in a way that I could understand. When I had questions and I had plenty of them, they would check into them, get answers and let me know. They kept me informed, included me in all decisionmaking and allowed me to focus on recovering. I would definitely recommend Dietrich Law Firm to anyone needing legal representation.
