I am very happy with my experience having Starsia Law create my living trust. Joe Starsia was very easy to work with. He thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful and provided a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Starsia Law for any estate planning needs.

We recently went through the estate planning process after the birth of our first child. Joe and the entire Starsia Law team made the process incredibly easy. I am a lawyer myself (which probably makes me the worst possible client), and Joe was incredibly knowledgeable about the best plan to accomplish our goals.

We had been procrastinating finding someone to handle our wills. Where to start and who to ask? We found an ad for Starsia Law and were intrigued. They were a small and local firm so we scheduled a meeting. From the first contact, we were impressed. They sent us a video explaining the difference between a will and a trust in plain language. Watching this video, we realized that we really wanted to set up a trust. We mainly dealt with Susan Polsinelli, but the whole office was friendly and helpful. Susan walked us through all the steps necessary to set up a trust. They even expedited the initial documents to accommodate our travel schedule. We would definitely recommend Susan and the Starsia team for any estate planning.

Starsia Law made estate planning very easy for us. We are a young family whose main priority was making sure there was a plan in place to take care of our kids incase something had happened to us. We contacted Starsia for help with a living will and trust. Joe took the time to explain everything to us and answer our questions. We had a few more video calls and went into sign the papers. It was quick and efficient but personal, and we feel very well taken care off by Starsia.

This allowed us to construct an estate plan that accurately met our needs leaving us confident that our assets were protected. Pam was warm, compassionate and carefully led us through the whole process, answering questions and offering explanations throughout the construction of the plan. The planning model she employs focuses on caring for her clients as well as their families. She will be there to guide our heirs through the sometimes confusing, process of asset distribution.
